The Maule M-7-235B Super Rocket is a single piston engine, five-seated, steel cage construction, high wing STOL aircraft with conventional
tail and tailwheel. However, five-seated is not really a pleasure for longer flights due to the lack of space in the cabin of this taildragger.
The Maule M-7-235B is a further development of the 1983 Maule M-7 and was approved by the FAA on 14 October 1993. The Maule M-7 itself was
evolved from the 1957 built Maule M-4 Bee Dee. The Maule M7-series are built and developed by Maule Air Inc. in Moultrie,
Georgia, USA. Next to the fixed landing gear taildragger the M-7 series is available as an amphibian aeroplane and
as a floatplane. In 2003, a further development of the Maule M-7, the Maule M-9 was introduced. Since, the
Maule M-9 replaced the Maule M-7 in production. The ICAO Aircraft Type Designator for the Maule M-7-235B Super Rocket is M7 |
