The Cessna 550 Citation II is a twin-engined corporate jet aircraft produced by the US-American manufacturer Cessna Aircraft Company. The Cessna Citation II is a stretched development of the Cessna 500 Citation I (+1,29m / 4ft 3in). The Cessna 550 Ciation II flew first on 31 January 1977. The aircraft accomodate two crew and up to twelve passengers and is powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D-4 engines. The ICAO code for this business jet is C550. When production ended a total of 667 were manufactured.

The 1980-built Cessna 550 Citation II s/n 550-0378 (ex N2746B; YV-299CP; N3999H; OH-CAT) was registered D-CIFA in Germany. Citation II D-CIFA was operated by FAI-Rent-a-jet and served several years as an air ambulance. On 9 January 2008, the Cessna 550 was registered SE-RIK in Sweden with Siemens Financial Services AB as owner and Grafair Flight Management AB, Bromma, as operator. On 28 November 2014, the SE-RIK was seen immediately after the landing at Teuge airport near Apeldoorn in the Netherlands, where it came in on delivery to Slagboom en Peeters Aerial Surveys at Teuge airport. On 2 December 2014, the SE-RIK was registered with Holding Y.E. Slagboom, Teuge, Netherlands, as owner. On 16 September 2015, registration SE-RIK was cancelled as exported to the Netherlands, and on 25 September 2015, the aircraft was registered PH-SVZ.
