The Cirrus Design SR20 G7+ is a four-seater aircraft standard equipped with the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS).
This safety system lowers the entire aircraft to the ground in extreme emergencies. The first Cirrus SR20 was delivered
in 1999. Improvements in composite manufacturing have over the times shaved off pounds from the empty weight of the Cirrus
SR20 and SR22 models improving its payload. On 6 July 2026, as a complement to the SR20 and SR22 models in the lighter weight class,
the TRAC10 was introduced. The TRAC10 is a newly designed flight training aircraft powered by a turbocharged Rotax 916 iSc FADEC
engine. The Cirrus Design SR20 and SR22 aeroplanes for Europe and Africa are delivered out of
Duluth, Minnesota in the USA via Groningen Airport Eelde in the Netherlands. General Enterprises b.v. at Eelde airfield is the
agent for Europe and Africa; the European Distribution Centre of Cirrus Design Corp. is situated at Groningen Airport Eelde
in the Netherlands. Over 9000 of the all-composite SR20, SR22 and turbocharged SR22T aircraft are built.
