D-EHNE Cessna 150D c/n 15060367 - Hoogeveen airfield in Holland - 22 May 2014 Hoogeveen airfield (EHHO)

The Cessna 150 is a two-seat single engined high wing light aircraft of all-metal construction. Cessna Aircraft Company began in the mid 1950s with the development of the Model 142, a tricycle-geared two place trainer. The Model 142 was based on the tail-wheel Model 140. After the Cessna 142 N34258 was flown first in September 1957, the Model 142 was renamed Model 150. Production of the Cessna Model 150 started with 122 built during 1959. When production ended in 1977 a total of 23840 were manufactured. In 1966, Reims Aviation S.A. started production in Reims, France of a version of the 150 designated the Model F150. Reims Aviation S.A. built a total of 1758 Reims/Cessna F150 airplanes.

On 22 May 2014, Cessna 150D D-EHNE was seen at its home base Hoogeveen airfield in the Netherlands. The 1964-built Cessna 150D s/n 15060367 was registered first N4367U in the USA and in April 1964, the Cessna was registered D-EHNE in Germany. On 7 October 2016, the Cessna 150D was registered as PH-HNE in the Netherlands as PH-HNE.
