On 5 April 2019, during Frisian Flag 2019, the Swiss Air Force' Boeing F/A-18C Hornet "J-5011" was seen with a special FlSt11 'Tiger' full coloured tail at Leeuwarden Air Base. Frisian Flag is a multinational exercise in the Netherlands. In August 1998, Boeing F/A-18C-49-MC Hornet s/n 1351/SFC011 was seen first in service with the Swiss Air Force as J-5011.
