The Porto Aviation Risen, is a side-by-side two-seater, single-engine, low-wing aircraft with a retractable tricycle landing gear. The biggest surprise of AERO 2015 expo in Friedrichshafen, Germany, was the European-UL called Risen, manufactured by the Italian-Swiss company Swiss Excellence Aircraft (SEA). The Italian-Argentine aeronautical engeneer Alberto Porto designed and manufactured the brand new aircraft thas was capable of more than 300km/h Vmax. The aircraft has a climb speed of 160km/h and climb rate of 7.5m/sec. It has an empty weight of 297kg and maximum take-off weight of 472.5kg. The aircraft was made for fast cruise at over 250 km/h but at travel speeed moderated travel speed, at 200 km/h with a 2000km range. Test flights on the first production aircraft were completed at Casale Monferrato airport by VS Aviation in July 2015. The aircraft certification is based on JAR-VLA regulations. Serial production started by mid 2015; the fixed gear version of the Risen, called Siren, entered serial production in 2017. Today, SEA is part of Porto Aviation Group - PAG. Engine options include the Rotax 912ULS; 912iS and 914..

On 19 April 2023, Porto Aviation Risen 912iS D-MIAW was seen at Flugplatz Leer-Papenburg (EDWF) in Germany.
